There is a new neighborhood paint scheme that everyone must follow when changing the paint color of the exterior of their homes.
All paint colors must now be chosen from the top five paint chips, ordered lightest to darkest, of the January 2009 Sherwin Williams color wheel.
This DOES NOT mean that you have to use Sherwin Williams paint, as any paint supplier can match the color wheel. Please contact a board member if you have any questions or would like to see the color wheel.
Be sure to come out today to play in the pool and to see the new pool furniture. We now have umbrellas for your use - please be sure to close them when you are done using them.

EVERYONE must submit an Architectural Review Request Form (ARC) for any modifications to their lot or exterior of their home (Article VII of the Declaration of Covenants) prior to beginning any work.
