Dear Neighbors,

Thank you so much to all of you in attendance for our Annual Home Owners Association meeting. We were very happy to have met a quorum thanks to all the proxies that were obtained. Next year, please be sure to give your proxy to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting or a Board member if you cannot attend.  We were VERY close to not making a quorum for the first time since we began our HOA back in 2006. Please plan to attend in person or by proxy next year. Without a minimum number of votes we have to hold multiple meetings at our (the HOA’s) expense.

We would like to thank Renee Pfau for all of her hard work and dedication to the Board. She had a hand in many neighborhood improvements and will be greatly missed.

We wanted to take this time to wish you all a wonderful Holiday Season and a year filled with wishes come true. It is a pleasure to serve so many amazing neighbors. Know that we are here to serve our community together.

For yet another year, this being our 3^rd in a row, we will not be raising our annual HOA dues. At the same time; we will continue to make improvements to our neighborhood. We hope you all appreciate everything we do for the benefit of our Whitehall community.

We have a board position that is coming open in April 2011. If you would like to serve your community on the board or are thinking about it, please contact one of the board members.
