Architectural standards published

The Board of Directors has approved a new Architectural Standards and Specifications document.

Assessments for 2008

Whitehall Manor Homeowners Association members will be receiving their 2008 assessment notices in the mail within the next week or so. Please read the notice carefully, as there have been several changes:

  • Assessments for 2008 have been set at $330.00, billed semi-annually in $165 installments. This reflects a 10% increase over the 2007 assessment. This increase was approved by the Board of Directors, following the guidelines in the Covenants for assessment increases.
  • HRW has a new address where payments must be sent:

Lawn irrigation totally restricted

Beginning Friday, October 19, 2007, the following new restrictions will apply to all Town of Apex water customers.

  • NO exterior irrigation by means of automatic devices, sprinklers, soaker hoses or similar devices.
  • All exterior fountains that use Town of Apex municipal water shall be turned off.

Hand held hose watering and vehicle washing is currently not restricted.

Halloween Parade and Social

Ghouls and guys of all ages! Get your costumes ready!

The Whitehall Manor Social Committee is hosting a Halloween costume parade and social.

  • Sunday, Oct. 28th, 4-6 pm
    • Social at 4pm
    • Parade begins at 5pm
  • At the pool parking lot

Halloween paradeThe parade route will be down Grappenhall, right on Applethorn, around and back to Grappenhall, where we’ll return to the pool.

Last day of 2007 pool season is Sept. 16th

The Whitehall Manor pool will close after September 16th, so please take note and visit the pool as often as you can before then!

We hope you have enjoyed this pool season. We’re looking forward to continued changes and improvements to the pool in the off-season.
