Community Yard Sale- May 15th!

It’s official - the community yard sale will be held on May 15th, with a rain date of May 22nd.

Reminder: Architectural Review Request Forms

Reminder for neighborhood consistency & continuity…

EVERYONE must submit an Architectural Review Request Form (ARC) for any modifications to their lot or exterior of their home (Article VII of the Declaration of Covenants) prior to beginning any work.

Crime Alert!

Breaking and entering to motor vehicles

OFFENSE: Multiple Break-ins to Motor Vehicles

DATE/TIME: 1/17/10, Late Evening/Early Morning Hours

Suspects: Possibly 2 males with black hooded sweatshirts

The Apex Police Department is seeking information that would lead to the identity of 2 males who are suspected of committing multiple larcenies from motor vehicles on the evening/early morning of 1/17/10 in the Haddon Hall subdivision. The suspects entered unlocked vehicles and stole mostly GPS units and other electronic equipment.

**As a reminder please be sure to always lock your vehicle doors and remove all valuables before exiting
