The original Annual Meeting Notification letter was misquoted. It should have read…
“We must obtain your voted permission to negotiate with the seller on this property. His asking price is $200,000.00.”
The HOA Board never intended to pay the asking price. We do not have that kind of authority. We are merely your acting representatives. We can only legally negotiate on your behalf with your voted on permission. All are welcome to join in this negotiating process, provided this proposal passes next week.

There is a new neighborhood paint scheme that everyone must follow when changing the paint color of the exterior of their homes.
All paint colors must now be chosen from the top five paint chips, ordered lightest to darkest, of the January 2009 Sherwin Williams color wheel.
This DOES NOT mean that you have to use Sherwin Williams paint, as any paint supplier can match the color wheel. Please contact a board member if you have any questions or would like to see the color wheel.

Please pardon our appearance! We are in the middle of transitioning from one landscaping company to another. As of July 1st ValleyCrest Landscape will be maintaining our community’s landscaping. First on their list will be do redo the front entrance with our summer annuals and redo the pine straw. Thank you for patience while we make this transition!

Get ready!! The pool opens this Saturday May 23rd and will stay open until September 14th!!
