Save the date!! 2009 Annual Homeowners Meeting

Chris Boudreaux! Chris and his family have lived in whitehall manor for 8 1/2 years at 1009 Applethorn Dr. We are very excited to have him on the board. Welcome Chris!
DELAYED!! the path is paved but the delay is regarding the entrance to the path. due to grading issues the entrance to the trail is still being worked on. The town of apex is not able to advise when this will be completed.
The Whitehall portion of the Beaver Creek greenway is nearing it’s completion. The entrance to the greenway will be next to 1609 Grappenhall Drive. The town of apex hopes to have it paved and ready to open by the end of the month. Once the Whitehall entrance is open the greenway will lead you all the way to Kelly Road Park.
Here are a couple of ways to stay informed and get involved:
- Volunteer your time or services for projects. From time to time, the neighborhood has small projects that could be completed by homeowners with the right equipment and time. This is a small way for the HOA to save a little bit of money while helping more people to get involved. We currently are interested in volunteers for the following projects:
- Power wash the pool house
- Paint the pool house trim

- Download meeting minutes. The minutes from the December 2007 HOA Board of Directors meeting have been posted on the Web site. You can download the minutes here.
- Join the Board of Directors or a Committee. At the upcoming annual HOA meeting to be held in April, three Board of Director spots will be vacated. Anyone who wants to become more actively involved should plan to attend the meeting and vie for one of the positions. If you’d rather participate in a different way, you can always join one of our Committees. It is a great opportunity to serve!HOA members will be notified of the exact date and time for the meeting.
