The Whitehall Manor pool will close after September 16th, so please take note and visit the pool as often as you can before then!
We hope you have enjoyed this pool season. We’re looking forward to continued changes and improvements to the pool in the off-season.

On August 7, 2007 the Apex Town Council approved mandatory year-round water restrictions for all Town of Apex water customers.
Beginning October 1, 2007 Town of Apex water customers will be able to irrigate lawns and/or landscapes only three days a week according to the following schedule:
- Addresses ending with 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
- Addresses ending with 2, 4, 6, 8, 0 - Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays
Lawn irrigation will not be allowed on Mondays. Hand held hose watering is allowed everyday. Apex water customers may obtain a 60-day New Landscape Permit from Public Works at 105 Upchurch Street to allow for irrigation of new plantings including newly sodded lawns, first yard seedings, or larger commercial plantings.
A written notice will be issued for a first violation of the new mandatory rules. Upon additional observation of violations, the violator will be subject to a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per violation per day. To report a violation, contact the Public Works Department at 249-3427. Please give the address, date and time of the observed violation. Public Works staff will investigate all reports of violations.

The pool bathrooms will be undergoing some repairs starting on August 14th, and the project will take 3-4 days.
One bathroom will remain open at all times for homeowners to use. Thank you for your patience during this time.

CNN’s Money Magazine recently published their Best Places to Live 2007 , and the Town of Apex was ranked at #14. They considered factors such as economic opportunity, good schools, safe streets, things to do and a sense of community.
We already knew we that we lived in a great neighborhood in a great town, but now it looks like the rest of the country is in on our secret!

Here are some photos from the opening day pool party that was organized by our Social Committee, headed by Lisa Montoya. Pelicans Ice Cream was there providing Sno-balls for everyone, and the water and sun were perfect!
