Dear Neighbors,

I’m so thankful to have neighbors who are seeking further involvement in the decision-making processes of our neighborhood.  That is awesome!

I want to make several clarifications as the wording of the letter notifying you of the annual meeting has created some confusion.  Since this issue is our neighborhood’s first big group decision, I wanted to be sure everyone is clear on what is being proposed.

First, this is a PROPOSAL to our neighborhood to purchase land at the corner of S. Salem St. and Apex-Barbeque Road (this backs up to the entrance/pool area of WHM). The seller has approached WHM thinking that we would have greatest interest in what happens with the property…

They will get a surprise donation and dedication to honor our 1st recipients of an Annual Whitehall Manor event.

There are games planned that will be manned by kids in the neighborhood who volunteered to contribute to this event by watching and playing with our kids.

Other young adults will be making items that will be for sale.

All are welcome to get involved.

If monetary donations don’t come at a good time for your family; there are other ways to be a part:

  • Bring some individually wrapped baked goods to put out at a sale table

  • Provide auction donations by contacting: Kelly Manganaro at kelly@lifeexperiences.org

Let’s make this a casual/fun/meaning filled event!

Looking forward to what we all put together.

A message from the board

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you so much to all of you in attendance for our Annual Home Owners Association meeting. We were very happy to have met a quorum thanks to all the proxies that were obtained. Next year, please be sure to give your proxy to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting or a Board member if you cannot attend.  We were VERY close to not making a quorum for the first time since we began our HOA back in 2006. Please plan to attend in person or by proxy next year. Without a minimum number of votes we have to hold multiple meetings at our (the HOA’s) expense.

We would like to thank Renee Pfau for all of her hard work and dedication to the Board. She had a hand in many neighborhood improvements and will be greatly missed.

Welcome to Amanda Mellenberger. We look forward to adding you to our HOA team.

Your new Board consists of the following neighbors:

Chris Boudreaux

Kip Daly

Mary Lou Jackson

Amanda Mellenberger

Lisa Montoya

April Roberts

Kelley Spence

Please know that all neighbors are welcome at every HOA Board mtg. They are held the 4th Monday of every other month (beginning with January) at 7pm sharp.  Please contact a Board member for the location, as it may change each month.   All minutes from these meetings are posted to this site.

Feel free to contact any board member with your questions.

We look forward to serving and improving our community.

A message from the board

April 2, 2011

Dear Neighbors,

Greetings from your Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Each of us loves living in Whitehall Manor and we enjoy serving our community. We believe in working hard to ensure a positive impact on our neighborhood.

The purpose of having a homeowners association is to maintain the general quality, character, and condition of a neighborhood. It also allows us to share common property that we can all enjoy and benefit from. These things improve our quality of life and the value of our homes.

It is our desire to inform all neighbors equally. This site has all the latest and archived records pertinent to our neighborhood. If there is something you are having trouble locating or wish we had on the site. Please contact any Board member. We are your representation.

Happy to serve,

Whitehall Manor Homeowners Association
