• Front Entrance Upgrades
  Status: Planned for Fall 2011
  Update the landscaping around the entrance sign
• Neighborhood Lighting
  Status: Completed Spring 2011
  Update neighborhood street lights to black metal poles (instead of industrial poles)
• Pool house Trim and Railing
  Status: Completed Spring 2009
  Paint all Pool House trim and railing
• Pool furniture
  Status: Completed Spring 2010
  New umbrellas, tables, lounge chairs, chairs, and side tables.
• Pool house bathroom floors
  Status: Completed Spring 2009
  Add mesh floor called dri-deck to bathroom floors.
• Paint Bottom of the Pool
  Status: Completed Spring 2009.
  Repaint the bottom of the pool.
• Pool fill-line repair
  Status: Completed Fall 2009
  Fill line has a break, which explains why the hose was used for several years.
• Pool fence and key card system
  Status: Completed Spring 2008
  A new pool fence with locking gate and key card system was installed.
• Front entrance lighting
  Status: Completed in 2007
  Five low-voltage up-lights and timer installed at front entrance.
• Pool house interior repairs
  Status: Completed in 2007
